Hot and sour soup: where half the ingredients are inedible, but the flavor is oh-so-delicious. It's all in the kaffir lime leaves... - IMG 6753

Thursday: the day of far fewer pictures. Leslie and Bryan try to hit all the neighborhoods they haven't seen, stopping every 10-15 blocks for tea and warmth. Grand Central Station, down 5th avenue (past library), to Union Square. Then, subway to Chinatown, walk north through Little Italy, shop, drink tea, begin to get snowed on in Soho. Footsore, cold, and hungry, they actually GO INSIDE the crepes restaurant in Greenwich Village (this may be of interest only to Clare). They stay there for almost two hours, warm and full of crepe. - IMG 5878
