You'll notice that the plane was scheduled to leave at 6:20. Leslie and I got off our plane at 6:17. We were supposed to arrive about 35 minutes earlier, except a huge storm front was moving into houston from the west that forced us to go around and come at it from the east. - 0410 183229
So, I sprinted from our plane to the one bound for cozumel. I got to the gate at 6:19, but the doors on the plane had already been closed. I begged and whined and pleaded, and they agreed to open them again for us. My brother had apparently only barely made it himself. Five minutes after we took off, they closed the houston airport because of the storm. A close one, indeed. - IMG 0997
