Wet Location: Maumelle Park, AK When the woke up Sunday morning to the pitter-patter of rain on their tent, Bryan and Leslie received an object lesson on why you don't let the rain fly touch the tent or the ground cloth extend past the tent edges. But they were both remarkably good natured about the whole thing, and everything dried by Sunday night.

Bathhouse Location: Hot Springs, AK Hot Springs (boyhood home of President Clinton!) has only a few remaining operating bath houses. This is one. I don't remember the name. It doesn't matter.

Bryan in a Bathtub Location: Hot Springs, AK One of the great features of the Hot Springs baths, we were told, is the extra long tubs, where even tall people can stretch out. (It was about that exciting.)

Wax Location: Hot Springs, AK While Bryan and Leslie declined to check out "Josephine Tussaud's" Amazing Hot Springs was museum, they did photograph the horribly unrealistic Clintons displayed in the window.

The Most Exciting Part Location: Hot Springs, AK This store was the most exciting part of Hot Springs. Except when we finally found a decent place for lunch.

Lake's Edge Location: Ouchita Lake, AK We decided to rent a jetski for an hour to truly experience the scenic Arkansan lake--also, Bryan had never ridden one. Although we declined to bring the $400 camera on the jetski with us, we did take a picture of the place we rented it. Here.
